Internet With Dial Up a Thing of the Past?

STILL ON DIAL UP?
By now, we are all on some kind of high-speed internet. Most of us can still remember the days of dial-up. For those of you that are holding out and still using dial-up, I feel sorry for you.
I still think back to the days when I had dial-up and would be surfing online or playing online games. When I first started to really hear about high-speed I remember thinking, how much difference could it make? Let me tell you, it's like going from the bumper cars to getting on the big roller coaster.
Once you have experienced it, there is no going back. The main problem with that analogy is that I might go back for a quick spin in the bumper cars for fun but you could not pay me to go back to dial-up. Yes, it's that
much better!
I still know people who are on dial-up and they say, Well I don't use the internet that much so I'm fine with it. I tell them, the reason they don't use the internet that much is because they are on dial-up!
It is true that location depends on what providers you can get. With that said, no matter where you are, there is some kind of broadband internet options for your home. While using the internet, nothing is worse-then watching a load screen. Once you have high-speed you will be clicking through pages like a mad man. Links you were scared to check out before because you just didn't have the time for them to load, will turn into clicking on everything because you can. Whatever your reasons for holding out on getting high-speed internet, I promise you they are not good enough. Once you make the switch, you will never regret it.
JUST MOVED OR LOOKING FOR BETTER RATES?
Today we have so many broadband internet options that we can be a little more selective on who has better rates, download times, promotional offers and term commitments. You can search for every kind of provider out there and look up each one to see if they give service to your area. If you find that they do, then you would have to find what rates they would be charging you. If you took the time to do this for every provider out there, then you would know for sure that you were getting the best deal.
A quicker and much easier approach would be to find some kind of search engine that would do all that for you. You could enter your address and then it would search for possible providers to that location. Then it would give you a list of competitive offers of each provider. In one simple action you could have all the service providers in your area at your finger tips. Letting you see what each one has to offer so that you can pick the very best for your needs. It's never to late to compare
